We believe in the quality of Chess Vision Pro, but we understand that technical issues can arise.

Digital Goods Policy

Since Chess Vision Pro is a digital software product, standard purchases are generally non-refundable once the activation key has been generated and used.

Exceptions for Refund

Refunds will only be considered within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• The software completely fails to run on your system despite meeting the minimum system requirements (Windows 10/11, minimum 4GB RAM).
• Our technical support team is unable to resolve your installation issue within 48 hours of your complaint.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the hardware UID is submitted and the activation key is generated. Once activated, cancellation is not applicable.
